I drink it black and it has a great smooth taste that isn’t acidic or bitter. We have a 12 cup coffee maker but my wife and I only drink about 2 cups per day so we only use 3 small scoops of the coffee for that amount. At that rate we will get extra value for the cost because we will get many more than 32 days of great tasting coffee. We will reorder when we do run out of our coffee supply.
